If you want to keep this feature I'd be ok with it but allow the player to use it and allow for easier relationship boosting so I don't have waste my valuable beginning turns spamming relations for every neighbor. The ai just spams this towards me so much so that I'm at war with half the map by turn 8 or so. My only complaint about the game so far is the blackmail feature on conquest mode. Much much more free to play friendly than prior installments, with actual chances to earn medals everyday.
